What you buy
TIEN 10am trading bot is software licensed while your plan is active: an Expert Advisor file for MetaTrader 5 and a written 10:00 New York model. You do not buy the file outright. It is a tool. It is not investment advice, not a signal room, and not a promise that you will pass a prop-firm challenge or make money.
Billing
You choose monthly ($49), six months ($279), or yearly ($529). Payment is taken by Stripe. The plan renews at the end of that period until you cancel. Cancel from the Stripe receipt you get after payment. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid. After that, the file will not take new 10:00 trades until you renew.
Download and withdrawal
The product is a digital file. If you tick that you want the file immediately, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that download, as allowed for digital content in the EU/EEA. If you do not tick it, do not pay. Get independent legal advice before you rely on this.
Use
You may use the licensed file on accounts you control while the plan is active. You may not resell it, share the key, or publish the source as your own. The first account the file sees is bound to your license. Prop-firm rules, losses, and taxes are yours.

Use the email on your Stripe receipt. Reply there if you need the file again or want to cancel.
